That legacy runs deep. Rodney’s father was among the first Tuskegee Airmen and later became the first Black owner of an airport in Washington, D.C. Excellence, service, and ownership are not talking points here. They are part of the foundation.

Rodney is where it all started.
A graduate of Howard University with a BS in marketing and an MBA from the University of Tampa, Rodney also holds a certification in social media marketing from MIT. Over 40+ years at Owens Corning, he led $110M+ annual sales plans, managed field teams, and developed marketing strategy across 20+ countries. His experience spans sales, marketing, product strategy, and international business across the U.S., Asia Pacific, and Europe.
In 2010, Rodney founded Business Plans Plus to give startups, small businesses, and nonprofits access to the kind of strategic support usually reserved for companies with six-figure consulting budgets. Over the years, he has helped 300+ businesses get organized enough to grow.

Across every role, the job has been the same: take messy, complex information and turn it into something people can actually use to make better decisions.
Daunte leads financial strategy, data analytics, AI workflow automation, CRM implementation, business planning, and social media marketing. He makes sure the brand shows up with the same structure the team builds into each client’s backend.

His background in regulatory compliance, CRM automation, financial modeling, and AI-driven analytics gives him a mix of clinical precision and entrepreneurial hustle.
Kenny leads business development, client growth strategy, and marketing campaigns. He has architected sales strategies, AI integrations, and operational frameworks contributing to $500K+ in projected aggregate revenue growth across the client portfolio. He is the one building relationships, opening doors, and making sure the growth plan is not just on paper.

Eli is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a background in psychology and UX design, which means he does not just ask whether something works. He asks whether it makes sense to the person on the other end of it. Professionally, he has managed IT projects and governance processes at Citi, supported executive-level operations at the Managing Director level, and championed AI adoption across teams.
He has also worked in fraud analysis, IT support, and system optimization, always focused on the same thing: removing the friction that slows people down.
Eli leads website design and development, UX/UI, client experience, sales, community engagement, and marketing campaigns.
