BPP HQ Legal
Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of BPP HQ, an internal business reporting and operations application operated by Business Plans Plus LLC.
Effective date: August 21, 2026
By accessing BPP HQ, an authorized user agrees to these Terms.
1. Internal-use license
BPP grants each approved user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use BPP HQ for authorized BPP business purposes. BPP HQ is not a public consumer application. Access does not grant ownership of the application, its source code, its data, or BPP's confidential business materials.
2. Authorized users and account security
Users must access BPP HQ through their approved business identity and must protect their authentication credentials. Users may not share access, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized entry, or use another person's identity.
BPP may suspend or revoke access when a user no longer requires it, leaves the organization, violates these Terms, or creates a security risk.
3. Approved use
Authorized users may use BPP HQ to review BPP financial and operating information, monitor source freshness, find approved internal resources, and support BPP business decisions.
Users may not:
- Copy or disclose confidential information outside its approved audience.
- Use BPP HQ data for an unlawful, personal, or non-BPP purpose.
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with the application.
- Attempt to obtain secrets, tokens, or credentials.
- Present unavailable, stale, or unreconciled information as verified business truth.
4. QuickBooks Online integration
BPP HQ may connect to BPP's QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's OAuth authorization process. The application retrieves approved financial reports for internal reporting. BPP HQ does not expose an accounting write route and is not intended to create, modify, or delete QuickBooks transactions.
Only a person authorized to grant access to the BPP QuickBooks Online company may approve or revoke the connection.
5. Data accuracy and business decisions
BPP HQ is a management-information system. Reports may depend on source-system accuracy, refresh timing, accounting close status, and human reconciliation. Users must review source labels, dates, and availability notices.
BPP HQ does not replace professional accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. Material decisions should be verified against the governing source and reviewed by the appropriate professional when needed.
6. Ownership
BPP owns BPP HQ and its original software, design, documentation, and internal operating materials, except for third-party components and source-system data governed by their respective owners and terms.
Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. BPP HQ is developed independently and is not sponsored or endorsed by Intuit unless Intuit expressly states otherwise.
7. Availability and changes
BPP may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue BPP HQ or a connector. BPP may change reports, permissions, and workflows to protect security, accuracy, or business operations. BPP will use reasonable efforts to preserve the latest successful data when a refresh fails, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
BPP HQ is provided for internal business use on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, BPP disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. BPP is not responsible for errors originating in a third-party source, an authorized user's misuse, or a service interruption outside BPP's reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, BPP's liability relating to an authorized user's use of BPP HQ will not exceed the amount, if any, the user paid BPP specifically for access to BPP HQ during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination and disconnection
An authorized user may stop using BPP HQ at any time. BPP may terminate a user's license and access at any time. A QuickBooks administrator may revoke the Intuit connection through the applicable Intuit or QuickBooks settings.
After termination or disconnection, BPP may retain information required for accounting, security, legal, or recordkeeping obligations as described in the BPP HQ Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
BPP may update these Terms as the application or applicable requirements change. Continued use after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
